Canva and its life-changing effect!

Earlier today, I tried designing a photo using Canva, and I am so amazed with the result! The photo above is the product. Awesome, right? The incredible thing is I only did it in less than 5 minutes! This is so life-changing! Instead of spending several minutes in Photoshop, looking for free photos and design accessories, you can come up with an artsy output in Canva in just 5 minutes (or less)!

I was asking hubby to install Photoshop for several weeks now, but when he said to try Canva, I tried and it turned out very well. I'm so glad I found Canva! Thanks, lovee! Mwah!

Rurouni kenshin drawing: My first brother's first attempt

This is what my first brother successfully drew. Yes, Rurouni Kenshin! I hope my brother will make more attempts of drawing this. My brother had very fun doing this, I really hopes he makes more.

Aslly's 7th birthday was a blast! Though it started one hour late, I could say that number two and number three enjoyed this party. I think it's mainly because of the free toys and the pool area. They didn't even eat their Jollibee food! They were so excited to take the plunge. So I just let them enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

Thank you, Aslly and parents :)

Thank you, Lord, for this experience :)

We went to Toys R Us, Solenad 3 in Nuvali today to buy number two's gift for Ashly later. Since number one attended LELAC practice until 8PM, we weren't able to eat dinner at home. Actually, I kind of planned it to be that way. I'm craving for some Inday's BBQ!

By the way, number two got to register in TRU's gift registry...15 minutes before they close! As you could've imagined, we were rushing the whole time to finish the 30 top gifts, but we pulled through! Nice one, number two! Hopefully, your guests will buy some if not all of them :) I just learned today that the registration in Toys R Us gift registry is free! You just have to exercise your hand in writing down some details in the form, and of course your child should be there to select his most-wanted toys.

So after buying the gift, we went straight to the Fiesta Mall part in Solenad 3 to satisfy my craving. Inday's BBQs are so yummy! Totally irresistible! We also had some of their isaw...yum!

So if you're looking for some chunky and saucy BBQ, go to Inday's BBQ in Solenad 3 in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Each BBQ costs 25 pesos, and an isaw is 20 pesos. Quite pricey as compared to regular street food, but since it's closer to our place and I know their preparations of their BBQs are clean and good, I always go back to this shop.

By the way, we dropped by Tr. Matu's house before we went to Solenad. Why? Because I'm so forgetful.. I left my phone in school. Good thing, Riz was in elem (just about to leave for her best friend's wedding). I was able to use her phone to call Dave to tell Tr. Matu to bring my phone. Whew!

Also, we were able to get some oregano for number four, and there were extra mangoes in the bag. Thanks, teach!

Thank you, Lord! :)

McDo Toys November 2015: Mario Kart

Yesterday, we were able to collect the Mario Kart Toys from McDonald's Happy Meal. We didn't get the visor though. I know that we'll have a hard time with who will wear it first. Number one got Princess Peach and Toad. Nymber two had Mario and Donkey Kong. Number three got Luigi and Bowser. While number four had Yoshi, and he's crying to get Mario from number two, haha :) It's always fun to collect toys from McDo. I just feel like the kid in me is the one who's collecting these toys. But, of course, we're choosing the line if toys to collect in McDo. There are times when what they offer does not jive with our taste.

Crush.... I think I was crushed...

Earlier today, we were doing our casual talk while sitting at the couch. Hubby's finishing something in his laptop, and the kids are just talking, playing, reading, etc. Suddenly, first baby said, "I have a crush in our school." I think my heart stopped beating. I'd like to say that she's not allowed to have a crush yet, but I restrained myself from saying that. Good thing, I even managed to ask who it was. I'd like to show her that it's okay, and that it's not a big deal. Then she mentioned the boy's name. I remember the boy. I just said, "Ah. I don't think he's cute." Haha. What a reaction! Then I asked why. She just said that he's a good swimmer. At least she knows that it's not all about the looks.

Then we asked second baby if he has a crush also. He said none. The Ate said that he has a crush already. After several minutes of persuading him, he said the name of his crush. We asked why he doesn't want to tell us at first. He said that he was shy. We told him that it's okay to have a crush, and it's okay with Mom and Dad.

We were greatly surprised when we asked Kuya Kuya. He mentioned three names. Not just one, but three! Oh my goodness!

Then Hubby said, "Let's ask Bunso. He might say a name too." So we did. He just babbled.

Our kids have crushes already. They're growing up so fast! I think I was crushed when Ate mentioned that she has a crush already. But as I was rethinking this topic, I realized that I had my first crush when I was in the first grade. So I realized that I should really be okay with her having her first crush.

Time flies so fast.

This is what happens when you're late in a school activity...

It's Zoe's publishing day today, and we're late! Thus, I wasn't able to get a good spot for capturing the moments...

We're a few steps only from the school and we're still late, haaaayyy.....

I think you're asking why.

It's because we went to Carmona last night, and we got home at around 12:00 A.M.

The poor girl slept late, so she woke up late. Mommy's to blame..... woke up late too.
